Nice...looks great!!
been on it since 4:30 AM...will be ready about 2:30. Will finish her up with soaked mesquite chips about the last hour and a half. Looking for about 1/4 inch smoke ring in the meat. That will be most perfect. instead of water I filled the drip pan with well you guessed it bud light...:laugh: cost a little extra but it's worth it.

We have a rack of baby back ribs, nice romaine lettuce and some garlic bread gonna be ready about halftime.
Also have some chips and watermelon salsa made by a local store, also some Mexican coca cola.

Better start getting some crow in the smoker. I suggest 225, cherry or apple wood will suffice. Some of y'all should have brined it the night before
