Homemade chili. I blend my own chili spices from Gebhardt's chili powder, toasted cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and ancho chili's. No ground meat for me... I use sirloin.

You should try making Civil War "Hardtack". I make Hardtack for camping trips. It soaks in well with chili. I try to hike at least 6 times per year and the Hardtack keeps forever.
