Gameday Menu – Cowboys Edition
A few years ago, I was obese. Sundays used to mean wings, pizza, and regret. Now Sundays are my reset button—I meal prep for the week so I can stay locked in, fueled right, and still enjoy gameday.
Here’s what’s on the menu for today’s Cowboys game:
Burger Masterpiece – Juicy burger topped with a pile of caramelized onions. Simple, clean, and packed with flavor.
Taco Nacho Madness – Seasoned taco meat prepped ahead so I can throw together some nachos at halftime without missing a snap.
London Broil Gains – I’ve got
two London broils being slow cooked and ready. I portion them out across the week to keep my protein on point—hitting 130 grams a day no matter what.
This way, gameday still feels like gameday… but it also fits the bigger mission: fuel, focus, and consistency.
From obese to dialed-in. From couch-sitting to play-making. Just like the Cowboys, I show up ready.
