I think if Oakland wins the AFC West, Del Rio will get it. Oakland has been bad forever.

I completely agree with you, Del Rio has done a great job in Oakland, that's been a wasteland for Football for decades.....how can Garrett be coach of the year when he's been here 8 years and has what is considered, not by me as one of thee best offensive lines in football, he should be winning...

plus we all know Jerry is really the head coach...lol

We've come a long way from the ridiculous questions about whether or not anybody would notice if he didn't show up for work, huh? I don't even think I heard anybody bashing him for the 12 man on the field gaffe last week yet, right? Kind of nice when there's not so much to complain about and even the attempts to drum up Cowboys drama get largely ignored.

Jerry jones is going to be executive of the year. Nfl insiders gave him the midseason exec of year award. Go cowboys.

If he wins, he will be a two time nfl exec of the year. Theres not many of those.

But I thought he was an idiot? lol Stephen is being a good son and letting his dad take the credit.
He is a football idiot. Garrett deserves the credit. 2011 is when the better drafts and personnel decisions begun.

As Parcells said" you have to convince Jerry to go against his instincts". Obviously Garrett hasn't won all of these battles but enough.

Weve seen a pattern with Jerry where better decisions in personnel and drafts are made with greater influence like with Jimmy, Bill and now Jason.

If this season continues as it has so far, he should get it. Rookie QB, rookie RB leading the offense. No name defense. The HC deserves major props.

Del rio is doing good, but he's not doing it with rookies. Jason Garrett has been thrown under the bus by a lot of fans and majority of the media since he took over and now deserves all the credit. The guy is evolving into a premier head coach right in front of our eyes
