He is from Melbourne which is on the east coast where Tampa is on the west coast. He could have flown into Orlando and be closer, but it isn't like it is a long drive to go across the state.

Even tho I live just outside Tampa, don't follow the team. But do know they released C Jeff Fain who use to be a pretty good C. Don't know his age, etc. Have read at least 1 article which claims Kellen Winslow has lost his speed but he does still run great routes/has great hands; certainly 2011 wasn't his greatest year. Don't know anything about his blocking.
