Garrett - No coaching changes coming for offense

Source - Todd Archer on :espn:
We're going into the 4th game and the team is not executing? How about Garrett blaming the coaches for this not happening. He is ultimately responsible for the team's play and execution. We can't go into the 15th game and him still saying that the team needs to play better, execute better, and the rest of his stupid nonsense.

Can you imagine if Garrett was coaching, while calling 5-7 step drops to Dak all day with his WRs running a bunch of slow developing routes and no play action?

That would be hilarious...

Here's the thing... Garrett knows Jerry isn't going to hold him accountable, but he has to put on an act for the media to make them see the rest of the coaches will be accountable.

It is such a shame, doesn't Garrett realize that all of these offensive struggles could have been avoided if only he created his yearly T-Shirt? I saw no fancy slogan in camp, epic fail on his part.......

... I have nothing.

Garrett's right- but ya know. LOL, SMH, all of it.

If I were Jones I'd ask him to please resign and make this easy for everybody.

Something on the lines of:

"Jason, it's not working, no hard feelings. It stinks. Your football product stinks. Again- no hard feelings. It's bad football and we are a high visibility franchise. We expect and enjoy success here. The product is bad, the QB that went 13-3 just two seasons ago is suddenly bad, the team is bad, the personnel you've given roles to isn't good enough. Just not enough signs of anything resembling a playoff-caliber club here. We appreciate you but the team is bad, and collectively we've tried things out of the box to prove your worth but it turns out that essentially your worthless. We wish you well. No hard feelings, sign here and it will all be over."

I think if this continues to smell into December, a new Coach may be on Jerry's Christmas wish list and he might already be on our staff. Maybe this will be something similar to when Wade was fired and Jason fleeted up.

Of course he is. Because noone wants anything to do with Jerry Jones and his insistence on control of the personnel on his football team.
