Tony Romo will get scout team reps, Jason Garrett said. He did not allow a lot in long line of questioning.

Not the attitude I anticipated. Sounds like he wants the ball now, not later, regardless of momentum and winning streak. Disappointing.

If Jerry just inserts Romo because he's healthy, it'll be the biggest mistake he's made as a GM.
Subbing in a good QB for another good QB on a run-first team would be worse, than say, the Roy Williams trade? Ok.
It seems that Dak lovers are not going to end up dealing with this very well...

That attitude is what you should want in all your players Nirvana. If they aren't competitors and want to be the starter then you don't need them on your roster. Every player should be working on getting more playing time or being a starter. Romo's response is in no way a bad thing.

Romo is a competitor and I'm sure he wants to play but it is not his call to make. In the meantime the best thing Romo can do is keep working and showing the coaches he is ready to play.

Its hilarious to see people say they are scared if Romo dresses or plays. Hahahahahahhaha. Yeah you should be terrified if a HOF type talent may get to play again. So scared you should be.

Fact is should Romo return to the lineup he will be under extreme pressure to perform at an all pro level. He will not be given much slack by fans and media. I think right now the best thing he can do is continue working hard to get himself physically and mentally ready to go so that when his number is called he can perform at that high level.
