I don't know why people would doubt what Jerry says. He pretty much tells it like it is. Doesn't matter if it is injuries or about players before the draft.

Now, Garrett, on the other hand, was the one who said 'No health issues' with Tank and a week later it is conditioning and slight back issue.

Jerry can not even remember or who or what is talking about, he was pretty much talking about Tapper when he said he was talking about Lawrence.

I honestly can't imagine how Romo can take a typical hit again and come out of it unscathed.

And what factual basis do you have for this belief? Because it is not grounded in reality but lives as a product of your imagination. Of course you are welcome to your non-factual opinion irrespective of its content.

You are if you're say......A PROFESSIONAL football player. Being an athlete is kinda in your genes.

How does one simulate being hit over and over by another 300lb. athlete? And an additional hit from a RB, TE or another lineman as well?

I believe that is what your counterpart was trying to ask. Any suggestions? There's "in shape" and "in football shape". Remember, the dude across the LOS
is an athlete too.

Give all our walking wounded plenty of rest, keep Green off his feet, give Bailey a back brace and rub him with Ben Gay. Give them all Tylenol Extra Strength and call me in the morning. :D

Well, Romo took a pretty hard hit in the 2015 Giant opener which may have injured him, he winced really bad but continued. 1) Romo then got hurt in Philly the following week with a very pedestrian hit. 2) Romo got hurt weeks later against Carolina with a hit that was nothing special. 3) And the very next hit he took in Seattle the following year, Romo busted his back with a hit that was nothing special.

So, 3 of the last 10 or so hits he has taken have resulted in substantial injuries. Pretty high probability that Romo can't take a hit based on the last few times he played. I think the recent sample is pretty indicative that there is a high probability Romo will get injured on a hit.

AFAIC, you've built a false narrative on the premise that routine hits create significant injuries to Romo. I reject your premise. In fact the hit on Romo by Philly that created a broken collarbone was IMO a flagrant foul. He drove Romo into the ground. But I don't want to start a debate over that but stay on topic as saying that was a significant blow driving Romo's shoulder into the ground then landing forcibly with all his weight. It only takes 7 lbs to break the clavicle. If you're so wrong on that hit I'd have to see these routine hits outside of the Philly hit early in the year. I'm professionally satisfied with that being the mechanism of injury.
