Just get the offensive line another first round talent and hand Zeke the ball so he can save us from having Stephen appoint Linehan as our Chip Kelly

I doubt there's any question that the coaching staff must be more demanding of the players to perform with a sense of urgency. For coaches to stress this in hindsight after a wildly uninspired game performance is a waste of time. There's a right time and place for the coaches to insist on guys to show more intensity and that's in practice. It's of no use to "get tough" as an afterthought after a pathetic loss.

I didn’t say it was. Though without seeing the clip I’ll go way out on a limb and bet he’s talking about the play being soft and not the design of the offense itself.
