How did he strain it, getting run over by a back or pancaked by a lineman?

I would expect if he's able to play Friday that our game plan will look quite a bit different than Saturday's.

Against the Rams, we clearly wanted to see Dak pass the ball. With Romo starting a preseason game, I wouldn't be surprised if we rarely pass it while he's in and give Elliott the chance to show if he can carry us downfield.
