Point to ANY time since owning the Cowboys Jerry has lost money. He owns the concession stands.

I didnt start this thread to be laughed at for the record. I had a valid point. Jersey sales may have been a bad analogy granted, but im sorry, i dont think for a second that The same Jerry that wanted to Draft manziel not even a year ago, has changed his ways completely to the point where making a splash or making a signing of someone of large importance is impossible because hes changed so drastically. Im simply saying, Jerry didnt let Murray walk without having something up his sleeve.

I hope you are right....I hope that something is Adrian Peterson.

Anyone else have this feeling or is it just me? I mean Jerry will now be losing money on jersey sales alone. Think about that for a second. I just have this feeling that with Murray out of the picture now, Jerry is about to have the shackles taken off. Maybe I am wrong. But who knows. I do know this. I am EXCITED
I hope not. Jerry unchained typically means something big and stupid.

Sorry if I came off wrong. Losing Murray to the Eagles has me feeling a bit annoyed....I live in the philly metro area. I hate hearing these baboons acting happy.

No worries...I hear ya! I do have to say I love Philly cheesesteaks! I live in the Cleveland area and a guy who was born and raised in Philly moved to Cleveland and opened up a cheesesteak joint. He's back in Philly now but the restaurant is still there and owned by his sister. It's kind of nice having an authentic Philly cheesesteak without having to actually go to Philly lol :D

I agree. They arent doing anything. Maybe they pick up a spiller or someone, but im thinking they dont even do that.

We are going to start a Rookie next year...................................................how sad is that? I thought we were making a SB run?

But the FOs window is forever. Mine was the next two years. I thought they would load up a little?

They really do think Romo will play for another 5 years!

And he will win OROY behind this OL.

Rather than Hardy, I'd expect a Rolando contract soon. That LB corp is super thin.

I dont think we get Hardy or AP.

We almost have to sign Ro now, Carter and Durant are gone...but who knows??

Crazy days in the NFL. This has to be the craziest, FA signing year, ever!

I know a bunch of us would like to us kick the tires on a Hardy deal
but I have heard nothing at all about Dallas being interested in him from any reliable source.

Maybe Spiller or a few others...but I've heard no Hardy talk except from here.
Maybe a link?

No, they're not. They have all they need, and with a few restructures, could create about $40 million in space.

There is nothing realistic about that number. It relies on a bunch of goofy hypothetical situations that either aren't going to happen or are completely beyond the team's control (i.e., Dez shows up with a pen and inks a new deal to give the team cap space because he's generous like that).

There are some good reasons you haven't heard teams interested in Hardy or
even if they like the player...He may only get a 1yr deal in the end from Tampa or
Oakland.

Sound logic. We lose Murray on a very workable deal and now I'm supposed to get excited over the prospect of landing a 30-year old, currently unavailable RB or head case DE. You're suggesting that Jerry should now spend loads of money (I.e. take the shackles off) on FAs, after we just failed to give the leading rusher in the league a fair deal. Yup, these are exciting times.
