Below we take our stab at predicting how the 53-man roster of the 2007 Dallas Cowboys will take shape:

I'd agree with most of it -- except I think Gramatica is gone and we keep Glenn. Also, I doubt Nate Jones makes it over one of the 7th rounders or Joey Thomas. Bartel likely just goes on the PS - he's not worth a spot we could use for a pick or more OL - it isn't like someone is going to claim him. We'd likely need another backup center - I still maintain that guy is on someone else's roster.

I think you are very close to be accurate. I don't think we carry 3 QB's on the roster or 2 FB. I think one of the QB;s and Anderson go to the PS and we will carry another OL and both grammy and folk,, at least to start.

I believe that if Glenn is on the opening day roster we have to pay him for the full year(due to the fact that he is an X-year veteran...?).

My guess is that they'll pick him up after week one...

Anderson won't make it, he is terrible. Neither Brown or Ball make the 53 roster over Joey Thomas. Nate Jones won't make it and I think we go heavy at LB due to the uncertainty of Ellis. Obomese makes it I think. Stanback has missed too much time to make up, he will probably go to IR. I think Elam makes it because of his ST ability.

Good idea` Problem with that is someone else can pick him up. Of course he can make a backdoor deal with the Boys if he's willing to give up guaranteed money. Since that's the reason to be for releasing him for week one then I doubt it will happen. Glenn is talented enough to make a NFL roster and get guaranteed money IMO. It also is just too risky to go into an alleged SB contending season with two known starters at CB. JMO.

We can't keep five safteties IMO. We probably will only keep two QBs with Moore on the PS. We also need a backup center and more backup guards unless you count Red as a T/G. You still need more guards.

One thing for sure is current Dallas Cowboys will end up on other teams and I'd say it is more than a few.

Stanback needs to get on the field. I don't think he'll make waivers so the PS is probably too big a risk. He'll likely be on the roster or on IR. Probably the former.

We have a talented team.

No way we only keep 4 corners. We'll keep at least 5, maybe 6 if Brown makes it. He could be carried as a corner/safety.

Also, I wouldn't bet the farm on it, but I don't think we keep both 3 TEs and 2 FBs. I think we'll keep 4 players from these two positions whether it be 3 TEs and 1 FB or two of each.
