Giants & Jets thread

I'm rooting for the Giants. Because I'm a coward and just want the Eagles out of it.

I hate when coaches punt on fourth and a chain link.

Huh? The Jets are still in their own territory. If they go for it and fail the Giants will be in scoring position. Punting is a no brainer.

In other words, you don't want the Cowboys to have the opportunity to sew up a division title this afternoon...!!??

That isn't cowardice. That's self preservation.

There's one in every crowd.

Coaches punt the ball in that situation because they are supposed to, not because it makes sense. I've watched and played a lot of football over the last 20 years and in all that time have seen a QB sneak fail with that little to gain only once, and it was on a fumbled snap. The odds of getting the first down there are statistically better than punting and stopping the other team.

Agreed

People would bash T-New on that play....yet Revis was where he should be.
