Pro Football Talk also states that Chad Morton was cut today too.

So this offseason the Giants are going to have to replace a 2,000 yard franchise back, their starting left tackle, both outside LBs, and a return man.

THAT is a hell of a rebuild!

Arrington IMO, will never be the same player he was in Washington. People are still operating under the delusion that he is some big playmaker still. The fact is, he has lost all the explosiveness he had and the Giants will be better off for getting rid of him rather than later. If they had kept him, he would either get hurt again or just play lousy anyway. At least the Giants can make plans now to try and fill the position in the draft.
