That was a good read Vin.

You can always tell young fans when they say, "He'll be taking over for Romo by the end of the year." But I'm glad we're in their heads.

One clown said he would take their defensive line over Eli, Romo or a young Dak. He probably got out of his mom's basement this afternoon for some lunch.

lol..true. really liked what i saw with Dak but i've learned to take the rose colored glasses off and try to decide truly what i'm seeing. you have to admit the touch pass to T-will was pretty sweet.

Absolutely awesome - and I really liked his self-awareness. Reminded me of Russell WIlson, especially on the slide. He got enough to put us in FG position but didn't risk a big hit. That's impressive for a kid who wants to make an impression and is a great runner/athlete.

I'm cautiously optimistic because nothing is more important than finding our next guy.

Yep, we absolutely have to find a way to get there and as part of that, we're due for a huge break at some point. Whether it's an officials call or another team's mistake, something - but we have to get there for both Tony and Jason.

Some really dumb fans. I can understand them comparing Dak favorably to Nassib, but the guys saying Dak ran the offense better than Romo and that he'll be starting by the end of the year are just clueless. Do they even know how preseason works?

Edit: Then this gem: "Great first game for him vs a new team." Does this guy think the Rams are an expansion team? Last time I checked they moved the whole team to LA, not just the name.

I saw plenty of Nassib, being a Cuse fan, and I couldn't agree more Dak is the real deal, not sold on Nassib being a good starting qb in the league.

If Romo stays heathy he ain't getting replaced any time soon, no idea why so many seem to think he'll replace Romo this year, unless Romo gets hurt Dak ain't playing
