IIRC only 2 out of 9 people since 2014 have been suspended 6 games so the NFL has shown it rarely uses what it says is the default amount of games for DV

That alone should be reason enough to overturn the suspension. When you can't even be consistent on a mandatory minimum sentence you call into question the ability for the front office to be unbiased.
