But yet we have some Cowboys fans who would consider signing Kaepernick.

Giants owner John Mara told TheMMQB.com that the team didn’t consider singing Kaepernick this off season, and that the organization received mail from fans stating how angry they would be if the team did.

“All my years being in the league, I never received more emotional mail from people than I did about that issue,” Mara said. “If any of your players ever do that, we are never coming to another Giants game. It wasn’t one or two letters. It was a lot. It’s an emotional, emotional issue for a lot of people, moreso than any other issue I’ve run into.”

Well for starters, the Giants represent the city that had this

whether or not anyone thinks it's related to sitting during anthem or wearing cop/pig socks, I bet people there that did hate it, hate it passionately.

We don't hate it (New Yorkers). In fact, most New Yorkers are on board with peaceful protest.

To me he should be judge based on his ability and skill.Right or wrong It is the unpopular opinions that should Be protected by freedom of speech.
I might disagree but I will defend his right to express his voice. Now he should do that outside football.

I think the biggest issue is that he doesn't want to ride the bench, and why should he? He posted a career best in QB rating and completion percentage last year with street free agents playing WR.

It's still hilarious to me, though, that a team like the Jets wouldn't kick the tires. They're going to be laughably bad at quarterback this year and have the talent for Kaepernick to turn out a pretty good season.

Just a sad state of affairs -- it really goes to show how far we have to go for Black people to be considered equal in America.

I don't see where skin color plays into it(BLM?,,,o.k. I get that,if that's the angle your coming from)
I think his negatives in the court of public opinion orbit solely around the perceived disrespect he displayed regardless of his heritage.
And I was on his bandwagon when he first hit the scene, he's lead his team to victory over ours and looked pretty good doing it.
