Title of this thread was somehow mysteriously changed...Anyways, the point I was trying to make was that Joe Gibbs is helping along Aikman and Staubach in Nascar while they're still new to the sport and taking their lumps. Almost like a father figure.

I actually think that Gibbs is a great guy in his personal life. He is a man of great faith and he and his wife do wonderful things with disadvantaged youths.

To bad he coaches the deadskins, thats the only mark I have against him. After he retires again (this time for good) next off season, I can start to like him again.
