Gibbs is a Bonehead!

That Air Campbell thing doesn't seem to be working out so well...

:D :D :D

Tampa took a page from Dallas' book. Give Campbell the dink and dunks. Sooner or later Washington's crappy receivers will drop a ball stalling a drive or Campbell will choke in crunch time.

Washington's only chance of beating a legitimate team is running the ball down their throats. Dallas and Tampa took that away and let Campbell lose the game for Washington. Seems to work really well.

I was thinking, it sure is nice not to have all those Foreskin and Beagle trolls on the board lately. Those BUMS have VANISHED....:)

Joe Gibbs II - 26-33, 44% winning percentage.

Norv Turner Commanders record: 49-59-1, 45% winning percentage.

Gibbs II as a head coach is on par with a guy currently wrecking a Superbowl contender. And heck, most Skins fans wouldn't piss on Turner if he was on fire.

Worse, while Parcells certainly didn't achieve what was expected here either, he left the franchise with a potential SB roster, great Cap shape, extra draft picks and a franchise QB.

If Gibbs leaves after this season his legacy will be the oldest roster in the league, a dearth of draft picks, severe Cap issues (as usual), the franchise chained to a horrible contract and worse player in Lloyd, an aging, injured OL, and an iffy at best QB who seems to have 4Q issues. Not to mention two heavily over-rated Assistants jockeying for his job because it was basically promised them as part of their contracts.

HOF Coach indeed.

The Skins fanbase swears that Campbell is the second coming, we've been through our share of QBs - but not many of us have, pardon the cliche, have 'annointed them'. Romo's the real deal, the contract is legit, we aren't gonna find a better guy and in this era of complex defenses - his style of football is exactly what it takes to be successful.

Skins' fans honestly believe his physical tools will compensate for his poor decision making when it counts (the #17 irony is killing me). Red and yellow colored glasses I assume, but I also have learned one thing through our years of mediocrity, you have got to have a guy that tries to make plays - not drive the bus. Blame the coach all ya want, but you gotta have a good QB if you want to go far in this league.

Refer here, for the Campbell delusions

They probably react similarly to Cowboys fans defending Romo's failings last year.

After his inaugural 3 INT performance, all we could hear was how magnificent it was to see him back there, what an impressive performance it was, despite the 3 picks.

Then in the playoffs, it's "blame the coach all you want" time, lol.

It's just natural for that hope in a young QB. We did the same with Quincy, Hutch and Henson. Giants fans do the same with Eli, altho he loses more of them every week.

Do you know just how STUPID you sound!!!! :lmao2:

Well, that's what happens when they face a good defense. 6 turnovers and only 13 points. If Garcia didn't get injured for TB it would have been a blow out.

:welcome:

And you are right on! If Garthia had played the whole game, it would not have even been a somewhat good game...

man watch our games,we only have been blownout one time, and that was against the best team in football..we r in every game we play..to win consistently you need to be good and lucky, our luck hasnt come this season..I give you a example, when we played your team romo had the snap go over his head, but the ball bounce so nice that he caught it on the run off the bounce and made a play..THATS LUCK!!

I think its funny, I've been listening to his NONSENSE for a long time. Just read his posts, it's obvious he's clueless to the game. He's very entertaining tho..:laugh2:

Gibbs is doing a great job and I wish Snyder lock him up for another 10 years. :laugh1:
