The depth, with the current coaching staff...should build a team strength similar to what Seattle had come together on their quick rise. This team can be very good, if they don't distract in the glitz of a Dallas team atmosphere and the surreal world the media continually attempts to build for them.

Some fans and that annoying guy from The Break will be proven wrong about Murray and his importance.

Yet a panel of NFL experts....that project the NFL over the next 3 years....rated the Cowboys the 5th worst team in the NFL. I know at times people suggest that people say things about the Cowboys to drive ratings...but when you are not TMZ...or some other tabloid....your job is to offer a PROFESSIONAL assessment....and anybody who thinks this is the 5th worst organization over the next 5 years should NEVER be allowed to professionally opine on the NFL ever again!

Like anyone in the whole Universe buys into a Soap Opera filling in for professional football.

You know that article is from before the 2014 season right?

You mean the artice where John Clayton and some other suits at ESPN said the Cowboys project to be the 5th worst team in the NFL for the next 3 years? I did not know that. But I still think it is crazy. We played for the division title in week 17....4 years in a row!

Why let the facts get in the way.

Yes it has become very apperant that this team has some depth to it. And we can thank one man for that.

When we talk about your favorite Cowboy, the first person that comes to mind for me is not a player. It's Will McClay.

In this man I trust to build this team and to keep it competitive for yours to come and also to find Tony's replacement when that time comes.

This guy is going to be a good GM one day. I just hope it's for the Dallas Cowboys.

Here is a good article on Will:

Management has definitely improved the overall talent of the team. I hope they are able to sustain it long term but think we are unlikely to see another off season like this one (Hardy, Jones, Gregory, Collins) for a while.
