I watched this last week....here is a link to it where it does it regular speed and slow motion.

If you watch in the slow motion version she hits the back of her head on the rim and then when she lands you can see her reach for the back of her head.

When you frame-by-frame it, it really does look real. It's just hard to believe. She really could have gotten hurt doing it... broken her neck or something like that.
