MVP: Peyton Manning
OPOY: Calvin Johnson (on pace for 1600 yds, 14 tds)
DPOY: Richard Sherman (best player on best D & good team)
OROY: Terrence Williams (of course the media is giving him no love for this award but his numbers are better than anyones)
DROY: Kiko Alonso (not sure he will maintain high play, I could see Richardson getting this award too)
Coach of the Year: Andy Reid

MIP: Doug Free (if there was a most improved player, he'd get it easily)

Free has done much better but he is still a false start waiting to happen.

Tyron Smith has really impressed me after a down season.

Sean Lee coming off season ending injury last season has been phenominal.

Romo's a great QB. Sean Lee is DPOY. Dez is the greatest receiver God ever produced. Witten is a sure fire HOF. Ware is the greatest pass rusher ever. My boi T.Williams is soon to be a stud. Dwayne Harris is the greatest football player of all time.

With all that, why cant the Cowboys win consistently?

Do we overrate our guys?

Agree except on OROY in that if Lacey ends up with 1000 yards rushing I suspect he'll get it -- he had a lot of negative spotlight coming into the league for basically being a fatso his name recognition will get him the aware over TWill.

MVP: Peyton Manning - Could be his best year in a brilliant career.
OPOY: Calvin Johnson - I suspect he will be even better in the second half of the season.
DPOY: Sherman
OROY: Eddie Lacy - Hitting his stride and will have a great second half.
DROY: Sheldon Richardson
Coach of the Year: Sean Payton - The Saints are that much better with him running the show.

What? He set the record for most TD's through the first four weeks, or something along those lines. If Denver makes the playoffs and goes deep at all, this thing is locked up for Manning.

Good list and agree with every category with the exception of Lee possibly taking DPOY if we end up with 9+ wins and he keeps going Derrick Brooks crazy with his int totals. But definitely can't argue about Sherman and like that you pointed out that he is on a good team and will be judged accordingly...

You're right, those first four weeks he was lighting it up considerably. He's fell off quiet a bit though the last 3 games, at least compared to how he started.

Peyton Manning's last 3 games (Jax/Colts/Was)
------------------------------------------
1035 yards 9 touchdowns 5 interceptions

As of right now Manning is the front runner in the MVP race, but Calvin has just started getting healthy again so I'd expect that to change. Calvin has been dealing with a knee injury for half of the season, yet he's still averaging 117 yards, 7 catches, and 1 td a game. As Calvin has gotten healthier so has his numbers, he has 23 catches for 484 yards and 3 scores in the last 2 games alone. That's more yards then he had the past 5 games combined, and almost just as many catches (24).

To someone who hasn't followed Calvin closely it's probably an asinine pick, but if you know what he's been dealing with then it's really not that far fetched, especially now that he's healthy.

Romo's a great QB
A top 6-8 QB is considered GREAT, right below the elite level, and that's how Romo has performed this year overall.
Sean Lee is DPOY.
Sean Lee has played great overall (started slow), but he's only one man on our atrocious defense. Not his fault.
Dez is the greatest receiver God ever produced.
Dez is a top 5 WR in the entire NFL, and he's only 24 years old. Meaning he has A LOT of football left before his career is over, so yes he could potentially become the "greatest receiver God ever produced".
Witten is a sure fire HOF
Witten is a "sure fire HOF", just because he isn't what he use to be doesn't take away from his past achievements. So I guess you think Tom Brady is garbage, because there's at least 15 QBs who have played better then him this year.
Ware is the greatest pass rusher ever
RE: Jason Witten ^^^^
My boi T.Williams is soon to be a stud.
On pace for 900 yards and 8 touchdowns, he definitely is a stud aye?
Dwayne Harris is the greatest football player of all time.
One of the best special team players in the entire league, though I've yet to hear him called the "greatest football player of all time".

With all that, why cant the Cowboys win consistently?
Do we overrate our guys?
You honestly must not watch the Dallas Cowboys play, because you wouldn't be asking that question. The problem isn't our talent level at the top, it's talent level from players 20-53 on our roster that is hurting this football team. Try again though.

Where are you getting your stats for CJ? They're wrong. If Manning finishes at 50 TDs, CJ would definitely need over 2000 yds to take the MVP away from him. And there is nothing special about 6-2 against the Patriots schedule, except for the amount of credit some want to give Brady for it.

You took my post waaaaayyyyy too seriously. Williams is on pace to have a better rookie year than the immortal Dez Bryant.

Witten is borderline at best. No champ. No team success. Avoided the end zone as as if it were filled w/ toxic poison. No shoo in. Watch
