Glazer: Crosby's time with the Raiders is over (price could be more than Parsons)

Guyton wasn't taken until 29 and they knew he was a development guy. 12 is going to be a great player and 20 will still be a lot better than what you usually find at 29.
That's a fair point. I'm sort of expecting us to trade down with 20 since we have no picks in the second and third rounds.

More than Micah means he will be a Raider until they release him lol That's crazy for a 29 year old player, especially with him being damaged good currently:

2025 Injury Details & Timeline
Injury: The injury, described as a knee/meniscus issue, first occurred on October 19, 2025, against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Playing Through Pain: Crosby continued to play and rarely practiced at full speed following the injury.
Season Shutdown: The Raiders placed him on injured reserve on December 26-27, 2025, ending his season.
Surgery & Rehab: He underwent surgery for a meniscus trim in January 2026, with reports indicating a successful procedure.
Recovery: As of late January 2026, he began rehab with a goal to fully participate in the 2026 training camp.

no way you trade more assets then micah got for him.
No way I trade all that for him simply because we have so many holes on D, but in my opinion, Roslyn is a much better all around DE, and I believe his statistics support that.

I'd give up a first this year and a first next year if his medicals check out. Sure, we might find a young stud in the draft, but we could also find another Taco Charlton. Crosby is proven production.

I'd be tempted to give up both firsts this year, so essentially he'd just be our first-round pick, but I don't want one player and then we don't draft again until the fourth round. If they'd give us back a second this year for next year's second, I'd go for it.

So both firsts this year plus a second next year for Crosby and a second this year.
Oh wow, G.......that's a lot

He's not young enough to command that kind of price from another team.
This. He is a great player, but his body is breaking down. Micah is still ascending.

I am sure the Raiders want as much as they can get in return for him, but with his time being “done”, teams can just wait them out knowing their only option is to find a workable, realistic trade

More than Parsons? Look, he's a turd, but demanding MORE is insanity.

Yea, I can see him being traded. But not for more than Parsons.

Parsons not only was an great pass rusher, but his athletics very few could match. He is also younger than Crosby.

Fair enough lol.

I am just tired of the talking. I am in the show me or shut up crowd at this point.
It’s just a cycle. Season over….get excited about thr possibility of adding new talent. I can’t get upset about the broken promises until they are broken. Never thought they’d trade for Pickens, Clark and Quinnen. And even though it didn’t work I can appreciate trading for former first rounders who have been busting. Kick the tires.

There are rumors that Dallas is interested in Maxx Crosby. They reportedly want two first-round picks for him.

This is a hard no for me, especially with a new defensive coordinator who will likely want to build the defense his way.

If we give up two first-round picks for Crosby, it will feel like a Jerry Jones move that probably wasn’t communicated to Schotty and Parker.

What are your thoughts on bringing an often-injured and aging Crosby to Dallas for two first-round picks?

I’d give up #20 this year and next years first. You’d instantly have the best DL in the league and a 1st to help the back end of the defense. Cowboys should be all in this year.

Why would we want to give up picks when we have a new DEF Co-ordinator trying to build a new Defense?
