that's why i don't believe it. i'd say a 6th rounder is where it winds up.

Remember picks in next years draft are considered one round (up/down) because you get the player in your team sooner; a 2nd this year is a 1st next year and so on for it to be considered a instant move up it would have to be a 3rd
