Glimmer of Hope if we Dominate Raiders, Somehow

this team could win the next 3 and then lose the next 3 after. I agree there would be hope if we knocked of KC and Philthy...but I would still have a tank full of doubt to gas up my fears.

Yeah, this isn't a team worth getting hopes up for but I am interested to see Williams/Wilson/Overshown/Revel, and the sorta new look defense even though it will probably still be a disaster with Eberflus at the helm. Only way I am going to enjoy it is if they continue to play young guys. Would be a lot more fun if Milton got to play. We have to endure at least 2 more Dak seasons probably. Sad.

Yeah, our biggest hope is that AJ Brown turns into T.O 2.0 and completely melts down the Eagles.

They hooked him up last night with more targets than any other receiver. He had a one on one with Lurie and I’m sure that while he’ll keep chirping, the team is winning and their culture is strong enough to weather a single malcontent.

People keep underestimating the eagles because they aren’t blowing out their opponents, but their defense is getting better as the year goes on and it’s capable of choking out most offenses if their offense is off that day.

I know the Eagles are a really good team and all. I just mean, for where we are sitting if we are going to have a chance, we need the Eagles to implode.

So, this Raiders team. Not very good. But how many of you will have a glimmer of hope for this team if we stomp the Raiders?

We'll only be 4-5-1 then, and just one game back from .500.

With this defense, I think it's a close game. But I can see a scenario where the Cowboys blowout the Raiders and fans start rallying.

What if Bobby Belt was right?

Meh, of course, this is just the homer in me talking. But I'm also a realist and unless we have big changes on defense, I just can't see us getting her done for the playoffs this year even if we do beat da Raiders.

A win against the Raiders gives no hope for the rest of the season. The schedule ahead is so hard, I feel confident in saying we won't make the playoffs. Winning just hurts our position in the draft next year. But our players won't give up. They want to win so that's what they will strive for every game.

We shall see, We definitely should win. I'll not be looking for style points. Just workman like fashion.

The defense was shaping up some. D-line looks like it could start to be dominant again.

Don’t count out Carson as well who is still just coming back from injury. The entire DL will get better bc of Quinnen imo and that showed against the Raiders. We don’t know how good these guys will be but it’s different from what we were getting. We got our starting safeties back as well. Are they good? Probably not but I bet they were better than having zero depth there.
