Goff's the better prospect. I suspect the gulf between him and Wentz was wider than the media suggested leading up to that pick, too.

Felt the same way... Goff was my choice followed by Paxton Lynch... Believe both will be solid inthe NFL IMO as I believe both QBs can hang inthe pocket and make the throws, Wentz not so much in that aspect.

Before the trades, it was pretty much a given that Goff or Wentz would've been there at 4. I will always wonder if the Rams/Eagles didn't shake up the draft what was the plan.

It was recognized that Goff was "more NFL ready"....but Wentz with a higher ceiling...........so it might well be a rateing right now would have Goff the higher of the 2,

I'm sure there several "higher rated" LB than our second round choice with the injured knee............but his potential ceiling is also higher--and they took him, They had Johnny Maznzeil rated higher than Martin also.......but they didn't take him......

there is a pattern here.

People would have lost their mind if the Cowboys would have gone QB at 4 and still taken Smith at 34. No immediate return on your first two picks.
