Ideally I would like all three but we may be facing a desperate Giants team and they may pull out a Packers type win.

2 of 3 puts us at 8-4

If we lose 2 of 3 then we are at a pedestrian 7-5 going into final 4 games. We would then be looking for major character from this team and I dont know that its there.

There is no reason this team cannot play mistake free football and beat the Giants in their house.

But the idea that you have the Chargers then the Saints makes winning all three paramount.

The East will take 11 wins to be 1st.

That means you can afford to lose no more games if you can't beat both the Chargers and Saints.

That means you have no room to lose to the Commanders twice, Giants, Eagles and Raiders.

Take these next two and take the east games and leave no doubt.

That's a good plan of action, but I won't get caught up in pretentions. I say grab firm control of the NFC East today, and start the running....

I think that I think that they need to worry about winning 1 of 1 instead of 2 out of 3.They just need to come out and play a good game today.I'm not saying that they have to beat Washington by 20 points,but I do believe they need to play this game very cleanly.I'd define clean as no turnovers and no more than 5 penalties along with limited mental mistakes.

For me its not about the division necessarily.

...not winning the division means the Cowboys end up between 9-7 and 10-6 and probably no home playoff games...and they are much worse statistically in road games than they are at home...Dallas needs that game at the Meadowlands and it needs to sweep the Commanders...then beat Philly at home and they are likely a division winner if they can take out the Raiders...Chargers and Saints would'nt matter...

No really. If we are 8-3 and they are 6-5 going into that game we still come out of there at worse with a 1 game lead.

One down. Wow, right down to the end of the game today. That was tough to watch. But I will take it.

What we need to do is go 1 for the next 1...pound Oakland to get to 8-3.

Then find a way to win 3 of the last 5 and win the division.
