Are we going to play to win & score every time we have the football or are we going to pump the breaks on our offense the entire game like we did against the Chiefs and Chargers?

I sure hope so, we havent seen this type of offense since TO left. It was nice to see them attack the seems and middle of the field, as well as take some shots when they 1 on 1 coverage on the outside. Gotta trust your WRs to make plays and live with the occasional turn over.

Everyone knew the only way we were going to win this game was to launch an aerial assault. Impressively we came out with guns blazing and dictated to the Denver D how we were going to play game. Loved it! I fear we will play up to the dead skins which doesn't say much and the game will be close.

assume we have the worst defense in the league and just play complete open offense.

I think you know what we're gonna do - there is no delusion about how bad our defense is now. The next few defenses we play stink.

We're gonna keep it rolling offensively I promise you. To be fair it only took us 4 games to get fully integrated into a new OC, almost new OL, and some rookies like Williams and Escobar getting playing time.

Can we play against Denver's defense every game?

We played against the Chargers. Ill take Denvers D over the Chargers.

BTW... Denvers defense has been pretty good this year.

I think there a couple of things in play here. 1. New Playcaller, learning who does what best and how to use them. 2. Rookies getting more comfortable with the Offense 3. The line coming together. 4. Romo is finally healthy. Number 4 is the biggest one, IMO. I really think his ribs prevented him from moving around and slinging the ball as he has done in the past and in turn, forced the gameplan to call for quicker and shorter routes. I expect we will see the O stay in full throttle mode the rest of the season.

Denver's defense was every bit as pathetic as Dallas'.

I'd like to think they'll play like yesterday but I'm betting they won't. They'll go more conservative and due to the way the game ended I can see Tony playing way too conservative as well.

We might as well not even have a defense right now so, yeah, on offense we need to start playing to actually win. The offensive game plan yesterday was near perfect.

You keep Champ Bailey and Von Miller and Woodward out, yeah, ill take that D too. I love my cowboys but we hit denver at a good time and just squandered a great opp.

Do you guys know what your are talking about? How the hell were we going to play that type of offense early in the season when Romo's ribs were fractured. He had no mobility and couldn't even through it 30 yards. Thats why we a dink and dunk offense.

It would be nice if the Cowboys could do this every game, however, they won't get to play a 30th ranked (32nd ranked now) pass defense every week missing both of their starting CBs for most of the game (Bailey all the game, and Chris Harris most of the game).

They are going to run into really good defenses (like the Chiefs) that will limit scoring and the defense is going to have to stop someone.... otherwise you end up right around 8-8.

Is that a prediction?

It'll be somewhere in the middle.
Offensively I don't think we can keep up this type of pace. But as this OL and WR jells it will be better than what we showed the chiefs and chargers.

I think there's moral victory in this game much like the giants proved they can okay with the Patriots in 2008. This team at least offensively is gaining confidence that they can score with anyone and perhaps defensively we will realize they don't have to be perfect just make a few stops. Also Kiffin may have enough confidence in the offense that D takes more chances to create turnovers instead of sitting back and getting carved up like a turkey .
