Larry Allen and Roy Williams...what a joke! Talk about past reputation getting you in.

Since fan voting accounts only for 1/3 of the vote, I doubt all the guys listed in here will make the actual Pro-bowl. Too many people here think just because they got most fan voting they will be in pro-bowl.

So lets wait till tomorrow for the actual pro-bowl roster.

Sorry, but Roy is having the best season of any strong safety in the NFC. He has more big plays than any of them, and he is making them all over the field. Roy is the only defensive back in the past four years to have at least 2.5 sacks, two interceptions and three forced fumbles for turnovers, and he's the first defensive back in at least five years to have all of those plus a defensive touchdown and a fumble recovery.

Roy's biggest competition for the strong safety spot comes from Mike Brown and Michael Lewis. If you add up all of Roy's big plays (sacks, interceptions, forced fumbles for turnovers, fumble recoveries and touchdowns), he has more of them than Brown and Lewis COMBINED (9.5 to 9.0). If Roy doesn't make the Pro Bowl, THAT will be a joke.

My bad Roy....you definitely deserve the Pro Bowl. I wonder how he compares to those guys with giving up big plays?

Roy hasn't given up many big plays -- Shockey's tying TD, mostly. He just gets blamed whenever someone else gets burned.

Roy has played very well -- Doesn't anyone remember Philly or Denver? Wasn't that long ago folks. What do you expect? Guess what SS's aren't great cover guys. That's why they play the strong side.

Larry Allen begs the question. How many years can you get in on reputation? What is this 5 undeserved ones now?

Never the safeties fault on deep coverage. LOL
Roy's range and pass recognition skills are average at best.

Yes, for both the Cowboys Fans, and Analysts, its a favorite theme to bash Roy on a failed play. Its like no other FS/SS gives up a play or two, including the now favorite Pittsburgh Troy Polamalu and Colts SS.

Roy makes his set of mistakes but thats not unlike any other Star Player in NFL.

You're right...I believe Tony Dixon is still available. He was a ball hawk, let's get that beast back there and try him at SS where he can shutdown everything 3 yards and further from the LOS.

Everyone bashes on Roy and its mainly because of 2 things............The moss td's on Monday night. Noone else looks at what he's done all season, Roy is playing very well this year, and he deserves to be in th pro bowl!!! Look at the NYG game(1st one) He forced the fumble at the 1 yard line, eventually we won the game by 3. Look at the SEA game, he intercepted the ball in SEA territory, led to a measly FG, but we still got on he board and took the lead!!! Roy has made plays, and you cant bash on him, saying he cant cover b/c of 2 plays in week 2.
That is why i think ppl say he cant cover!!!!
Everyone gives up big plays now and then, you cant sit here and tell me that pro bowl DB's havent gotten burned. The best DB's give up big plays now and then, so dont JUST say Roy does!!

Thank you Adam, I was wondering if I was the only one to take notice of that fact.

Hell he got burned in the Washington game or was that someone else's fault too?

I'm surprised that DeAngelo Hall is leading at CB. He has had some great games and has some interceptions, but he also has gotten torched repeatedly in a lot of other games this season. He is a good CB, but he is far from being the best in the NFC.

Eli Manning leading the voting is an absolute joke!
