I saw it Thursday night at the Botcon screening. Tyrese and the blonde actress (I can't remember her name, she's new) from the movie were there. It was a pretty fun movie. It definately has it's flaws. I'd give the action a 10, the humor an 8, the plot a 6, and the editing/pacing a 4. It felt like they trimmed the movie too much, so it will be interesting to see if there is an extended edition.
The autobots get a nice amount of personality, especially optimus. The decepticons barely get any at all, and are absent for a good portion in the middle of the film.
The crowd I was in was obviously pretty lively and seemed to almost unanimously love the hell out of it.
As I'm writing this I think my wife is out hanging out with a lot of the people from her message boards (tfw2005.com) and also with the Hasbro guys, and possibly getting one of the characters she created put into a Megatron origin comic.

Thankfully it seems we made a pretty good profit from Botcon this year. Sold tons of exclusives (14 ebay auctions over $2500), sold a lot of mouse pads, and sold all of our custom shirts we made using the Decepticon police logo from the movie, even sold one of those to a lead designer at Hasbro. Their team when they saw the shirt wondered why their marketing department hadn't thought of it.
Leaving to go back home tomorrow morning. Hopefully it will be better than it was driving here, only stopping for gas and food. That took 24 hours.
