Good chance on TV right now to weight Cowboys progress (Seahawks vs. Colts)

Seahawks are missing most of the same starters on defense. Same starters on offense for Seattle. Seattle is a good veteran squad that doesn't need as much of a learning curve as some of the younger, newer teams, so probably won't be a whole lot of difference from week 1 to week 2.

And best yet, they're playing Indianapolis which is probably one of the top 3 teams in the NFL.

Good chance to see how well the Cowboys compare to one of the NFL's elite. Manning is going through that Seattle defense like swiss cheese so far. Disappointing to see how easy it is for Indy to run against Seattle when we had so many problems. Our offensive line looks to be the weakness again. :(

First Seattle offensive drive coming up next.

and not that I didn't know before, but I'm always amazed at how their offense operates as a high-performance car. Peyton is still Peyton. They're O-line gives him all day and it makes Rhodes look like Edge.

I think Seattle got pressure on Manning twice in that opening TD drive.

The cowboys D are really gonna be tested when they play them.

For sure our D will be tested. Should be the perfect benchmark to see just how good we are.

I don't think Seattle gave Romo the same kind of respect they're giving Peyton, just by being on the field he opens up running lanes. Also take into account that this game is in Indy.

Ya, I am pretty much amazed every time I watch the indy offense, they are really impressive. How many other qb's in the league call the plays on the line?
manning is special in my mind.

Before stalling in the redzone Seattle was moving the ball at will on offense.

Indy has some decent players on D, but collectively I'm not impressed. It's taking Dungy alot longer than I thought it would to put together his D.

Mind you it's hard to find the players he had in Tampa.

How does a team let Harrison get that wide open? That catch was amazing.

Well, Indy definitely has a better offense than Romo without TO (and minus Glenn most of time too). :p:

Next Seattle offensive drive coming up. If Indy holds them to punt, same results as the Cowboys game with starters. (punt and FG)

harrison is a class guy too I have seen him interviews and he is very humble and soft spoken he does his talking on the field with catches like the one he just made. I like a showboat as much as the next guy but humility when its real is something very rare, and easy to respect.

Hard to compare, although Seattle is still struggling. I just wonder how good they were last year, because I didn't think Pittsburgh was that good.

I think Indianaplois was so bummed out by losing in the regular season they gave up and didn't focus on the Super Bowl.

They just announced Hassleback was perfect on the night, yet they don't look that good.

Ya think the Seahawks would be interested in trading Peter Warrick? Perfect guy for what we need. #3/#4 receiver. Special teamer. Burner.

To me M. the Indy matchup is most intriguing. If we can keep that offense from scoring more than 20 points--- I'll be very impressed.

When a guy comes free like that you can't blame the QB no matter who's back there. Amazing they didn't have that problem w/Manning.

I just got in and haven't seen any of the game. Our OL was in evaluation mode the entire game. Our offensive talent was for the most part on the bench while the likes of Hurd and Thompson carried the load.

I don't know what players are out there for Indy and Seattle. But if it's the first teams against each other then you get the picture of where those two teams are.

I'd wait until our first team has played together for at least a game before making any significant conclusions. But that's just my opinion; again without knowing who is playing who Indy vs Seattle.

The spin will be that Peyton always has problems w/ 3-4 defenses. I'm not sure that will apply seeing as the 'boys D is not the NE defense at its peak.

The tight end ran a route, so it was a completely missed assignment by the left tackle. You can't sacrifice your quarterback like that.
