Not sure what you're misreading in my sig, but it doesn't matter.

We don't have a coaching problem, no. We have some fans who don't know what a coaching problem looks like, but that's hardly unusual. Every team has fans who don't like the coach.

Yep, and every team has fans who will stick by whomever the coach is. Despite their constant failings and shortcomings. Dallas has a head coach problem. Unless you just have low standards and are fine with a run of the mill, learn on the job misfit like Garrett. No doubt you were tickled pink with his in game management against the Packers.

This topic isn't interesting to debate. He's built a 13-3 team and is the NFL COTY. You don't like him, we get it. Knock yourself out.

Like I said, every team has fans who don't like their head coach. Dallas is not going to be the exception.

Clay and Jerry built a team that happened to go 13-3 last year. And look what Garrett did with it when it really counted? He completely blew it with his in game coaching at home against GB. Garrett has been lambasted by media and fans since he has been here. He was even hammered by the owner. "we have suffered through Garretts learning years". He was kicked to the curb by Jerry and forced to find someone else to run the offense. Its no secret that the offense took off after that.

Did Garrett build the 5-11 team from two years ago or just the 13-3 team from last year?

Its very rare that an assistant makes his Supervisor a better one. Usually, its the other way around!! Anyway, l was always very fond of Norv's abilities.

Sorry to say in the restaurant industry it is always the supporting cast that makes the GM look great. Been the Assistant GM for this company for the last 8 months and have to say that the GM is great at delegating responsibilities, but poop at doing any of them. It takes a team to support the acting cheerleader/GM. While we can argue the differences between food versus football, I hope we can agree it takes the entire group of managers/coordinators to make a group great. While the head figure gets all the credit, it still takes a good supporting group to make the team/restaurant better.
