Good news for us: Miami and OT Albert working on deal

I know normally this would go in another forum but I think Albert signing with Miami will likely push Miami away from going OL in round 1, which is GREAT news for us. A lot of mocks indicate Miami looking for OL help and using their Rd 1 pick on the position to replace the loss of Jake Long. I expect the Albert to Miami deal will probably happen and I'm hoping it does before the draft in order to push more of the top 5 OL down towards our 18 pick.

I hope so, but Miami still go go after a guard now, which would be worse than before. Therefore maybe it's better if they try and get a tackle?

Guess we'll find out in 4 days.

The reports about this trade have been out for about a week ow and seem to have serious legs.

Apparently the chiefs have given only The dolphins permission to test and talk with Albert and his representative over a long term deal.

I hear this is true EXCEPT that it would happen on draft day if Miami cannot get one of the top three OTs.

He would be a good addition for Miami. Especially for one of their 2nds. I could see them taking Tavon Austin or Kenny Vaccaro at 12 in this situation.
