That dark cloud is darkening.

When you look at the NFC, it's likely going to take 10-6 to make the playoffs.

The Cowboys aren't going to sweep the Eagles or Commanders. They're not going to beat Atlanta or Kansas City. The Seahawks are daunting, too, because Dak struggles mightily against good defenses.

Right now, the season smells like 8-8 at best, but 7-9 or 6-10 most likely.

Last year's easy schedule gave us false hope and impressions.
You don't know what will or will not happen. Stop pretending that you do.

Of course not, but it doesn't take much deductive reasoning power when we're running out the band to play defense.

i'm still seeing 6-10, maybe 7-9 if Carr can't get back to 100%

@ San Fran W
@ Washington L
Kansas City L (probable blowout)
@ Atlanta L (probable blowout)
Philly L
Chargers W
Washington W
@ NYG W
@ Oakland L
Seattle L
@ Philly L
The only game I have different is Washington @ home

I think they sweep us

mr erod--yes sir ..minimum..8-3....all we can hope for is what sometimes occurs on bye week after a teams is playing sub-par..like green bay last year...they were 4-6 and won last 6 and made it to championship game..or 2012 Washington is 3-6 heading into the bye...won final 7 and won NFC east...actually we are not as low as either of those teams heading into the bye..we are 2 games down with 11 to play...and 5 of the 6 division games yet to play...but it will take a transformation of our whole team...Sean Lee must stay healthy remainder of season...if Sean Lee had played last two games we would have won both ( no exaggeration ) and we would be 4-1 going into bye and in first place
So the cowboys have never lost a game that Sean Lee played in? We will never know if they would have won. Never

Good God..the 49'ers are 0-5.
mr Haley---yes they are 0-5 but were close in some games against good teams...they only lost to rams 41-39..so they got some offense
and i highly doubt they will go 0-16...and teams usually get "up" or really motivated when playing Cowboys...i am just saying we got to
take this game very seriously

This year is one of the worst I can remember for the NFL in general. To me, the Zeke case, the NA flag issues and our poor 2nd half play just sucks. The only light left in the storm I had to look forward to is when our team takes the field and that is now hard to stomach knowing we have potential but no one to coach it up.
Usually we fold in December or soon after but it's going to be an extremely long winter this year. The politics involved in this sport from the league owner to the officiating to the white house and the firkin Eagles (of all teams) are playing lights out.
The saddest part is that with our FO, none of our team doldrums are going away anytime soon than I can see. Ranting again.
Sorry

Just play out the games, see what happens when we start playing the division.

dear wrongway----your assessment is 100% true we will never know...but i think had he played we would have won both...cause linebackers got sliced and diced both games..but again what you said is true

That Atlanta game should keep the defensive coaches and players up all night! That offense is scary for good defenses.

mr slick--- even though we lost to packers and even though i got so upset things were broken and walls were kicked in...i thought Dak bounced back and played like we were used to seeing from last year/and or even better

It's not Dak that worries me against the Falcons offense. It's Marineli and his bunch.

Doesn't matter. This team will go nowhere if they get to the playoffs with this defense.

Well that's just madness. We can be much more efficient by just chalking up wins and losses after a kick in the nads loss.

It's practically a flawless plan.

8-3 is possible IF I get any bites on my Craigslist ad trying to trade Garrett......

I'm offering Garrett, our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round draft picks for ANY teams "conditional" 7th..........so far no bites.

dear DenCWBY----i think you have every right to rant considering all things...us fans pay to see them play...even though we lost to packers
in a hearbreaking way...and things had to be broken and a wall kicked in at my house...i feel better how Dak responded to his previous poor
play...i am also hoping our O line feels some confidence seeing out 4th quarter and Zeke gaining 85 yards in the 4th...but the loss for me is
still a bitter pill to swallow
