I'd tell you that right now, yeah Jones has just as good a chance at being a starting RB as Cason a starting CB...there are some that think Cason wont even end up at CB

as for your other statement, unless we are dumping Henry or Newman, or Pac Trash doesnt play, any rookie CB we take is watching from the sidelines this yr...and since I dont believe Newman is going anywhere, probably the best a 1st rd CB we'd pick can hope for next yr and beyond is to be our nickel CB

And plenty who think Jones is no better than a complimentary running back (self included). Sounds like that makes us even.

You can count on Pacman Jones as your third cornerback (who is considered a starter), but I wouldn't make that mistake. That means you're counting on him. I wouldn't.

Man a lot of you have taken a stupid position with respect to Felix Jones.

There is no reason to not like Felix Jones on the Cowboys.

But so many of you have taken the infantile position that because mock drafts have been predicting him as the pick instead of your guy, you have decided to bad mouth and hate Felix.

There is no reason to be so anti-Felix. At least no reason based on his performance. It's reasonable to prefer someone else. But it is downright moronic to be angry about the prospect of Felix on the Cowboys. He adds value to the team.

And it is likely we take him. So the lot of you who have wedded yourselves so strongly and adamantly against Felix are going to be disappointed and hold that against him as a player here. And that is just sad. There's no reason for it beyond pettiness.

OK, take a deep breath. Some people dont like him as a 1st round pick and others dont like him at all. Its their opinion (I personally dont think he's worth a 1st in this draft). Its ok and you dont need to wig out about it.

There are a lot I wouldn't like... but I'll say a first round WR for sure. Particularly DeSean Jackson. I think he might be ok, but not for a first round pick. Talib in round 1 makes me nervous, too.

Dont want: Aquib Talib. Was not impressed watching him in college, then watching the combine, Deion and Rod Woodson weren't exactly thrilled with his mechanics either. Added to the fact he may have some character issues, I hope we stay far away from him. IMO he has bust written all over him.
