I didnt' read ANYONE in here claiming we lost cuz of officiating. He only complained about ONE call.

That wasn't the penalty on that play. The penalty was on Bradie James making contact with Shockey, not Fujita drilling Barber (which was perfectly legal). The Fox guys showed the replay of Fujita as if that was the penalty, but they were wrong.

And we definitely didn't get any help from the refs in this game, although that's to be expected on the road. One of the most ticky-tack calls I've ever seen was the illegal contact call against Reeves, when all he did was jam the receiver one time, right at 5 yards. That was on a third down, and the Giants scored their only offensive touchdown five plays later.

I agree. But the worst call of the night was that PI call on Glenn when Burress ran into him. What, is Glenn supposed to jump out of the way eventhough he has position?

terrible call. i agree. but it didn't cost us the game. i was just saying that as a pre-emptive strike just in case anyone got any ideas. NY outplayed us at home. My HS FB coach always said, each team has the opportunity to get 6 big plays. If you get them, you win. We fell well short, NY got around those 6. None bigger than Johnson getting blown off the ball and that handoff failing

I don't think it cost us the game either. There were bad calls against both teams. The cowboys lost cuz they couldn't keep the red jerseys off Bledsoe.


And that wasn't Johnson who got blown off the ball, it was the almight Andre Gurode.

Not nearly as bad as Bledsoe making bad throws when he DID have time in the pocket to make plays.

The P.I. on Glenn was a terrible call. No doubt about it. It certainly didn't cost Dallas the game. Even with gaining the ball from what would have been a Davis interception, I didn't have confidence in the offense yesterday to score a TD.

Gints had the "home field" advantage for sure, but we sucked and didn't block! That is a sure way to lose, except if you're a skins fan!
