It looked kind of intriguing at first, but IMO actual film study is better. The problem I see is that it comes from a video game. They only have so many animations. Every player in the game can do the same moves, so it's not exactly specific to Mario Williams.

I guess I'll reserve my final judgment, but I have the feeling it's going to get real repetitive real quick... unless they just show a new animation from the game every week. Just a glorified advertisement for Madden 09.
