Great QB news: Cassel a possibility

This staff doesn't know how to manage playing time. They just put McFadden in the game for no other reason than it being the 2nd quarter. Nevermind the fact that Randle is actually doing a good job. Let's just put a lesser player in the game because it's the 2nd quarter and that's what we do.

So dont expect Michael to get a fair shot until one of the 2 RBs in front of him are forced out due to injury.

With Cassel at QB the next 4 games or so I think we would do better. Having Dez will help with options and open the offense because guys can't stack the box.

Weeden can't throw past 10 yards without making a mistake or over throwing recievers that's why we have been hard headed ribbing the ball and using a short passing game.

With Collins, Cassel and Dez back on offense I expect a Hardy and Ro type impact. Getting Gregory back will make this defense much better and able to rotate ends more.

Giants in two weeks. .....Hardy and Gregory against Flowers haha yes please

I feel like the brutal part of our schedule is finally over. I feel more comfortable going up against the Giants and Eagles than I did with Falcons, Saints, and Patriots.

The next two games are winnable, especially if we get Bryant back and Cassel at QB. Need a Giants loss tonight though.

we should of beat the saints. The saints are bad this year. They got blowout by the eagles. The only game they won this year is vs us.

garrett was half way on the field clapping and trying to encourage weeden on that last drive. he just put his head down and turned his back. i mean, that can't happen. well, it does if you don't give **. when i saw that i actually felt bad for garrett because he is trying to do whatever but not much can work when the QB is awful.

the line is struggling, but you have to think they're demoralized with the current situation. you see many good players get exposed a little easier when the QB stinks. its what happens. the QB is the heart and soul of the team, and when his mood is sour then the team will respond accordingly.

really wish we still have kitna. the only good backup QB we've had since garrett himself back in the 90s

I support the players but if McFadden would get a 3 game injury and we are forced to use Michael could be a good thing.

Yeah, it's completely frustrating without how underutilized some of our players are. You mean to tell me that they can't offer more than the piss poor efforts that we've been getting from the "starters"?

Cassel at least has a much better body of work than Weeden and it's not like he'd be the first quarterback do be traded/cut and then have success somewhere else. See Kurt Warner.

Yep - Cassel has never had an 11 game losing streak.

Just heard on Football Night in America, Garrett says that they will consider changing to Cassell in the bye week.

Don't expect much. He couldn't beat out Tyrod Taylor and EJ Manuel at his last stop.

Has Cassell ever had a receiver in the same class as Dez Bryant? Have a hard time seeing him check down when he has that big beast on the outside.
