Green Bay or Arizona?

I'm not trying to get ahead of ourselves, but who do we want to win tomorrow? I think Green Bay will win and I actually want them to win. Why? I think they have a better chance of beating New Orleans than Arizona does. I don't want to have to play the NFC Championship game (of course we have to beat a very good Minnesota team first, but it doesn't hurt to peak ahead a bit) in New Orleans. I certainly think we CAN beat New Orleans again, but beating them twice at home would be a very tough chore. I'd much rather play the Packers in Dallas. Thoughts?

I'd say GB. I think they are more likely to beat the Saints. But honestly I don't think I really care.

I'd ALWAYS rather play any playoff game (much less the NFC Championship game) at home than on the road. That's the primary reason I want Green Bay to win tomorrow. They are better equipped to beat New Orleans than the Cards are IMO. Plus, if we do happen to meet the Pack again, it would give us a chance to avenge one of our losses.

By the way, I'm in no way overlooking the Vikings. I'm just looking at possibilities as we go forward. Of course, I do believe we will beat Minnesota next week.

Definitely GB. Mostly because it'd mean hosting them in Dallas which seems to be a big boost. Partly because I live in Packerland and have a death wish. Lastly because my idea of a perfect season is a Cowboys-Packers NFC Championship.

I Think Minnesota is the bigger test and feel that if we can comfortably beat them we'll have so much damned momentum and morale that a Superbowl berth is most assured and a Superbowl victory very likely no matter who shows up for the AFC.

This team has a scary amount of momentum right now, I haven't felt this way about this team in a loooong time. The star fills my heart with pride like I was a kid again.

I don't think Arizona has much of a chance against New Orleans, but I think Green Bay poses a matchup problem with them just like we do.

GB can definitely beat the Saints the way NO has played the last 5-6 weeks. If TB can do it, GB can.

Green Bay is the only team that scares me. I wish the cards would beat them, because I feel really confident against the rest of the NFC pack, but I highly doubt they show up tomorrow.

Agreed. NO's LT is going to get abused by GB and their secondary is good enough to get a coverage sack or two.

Even if the Saints get by the Packers, I have a sneaking feeling they're going to be beat up and bruised to hell and back. I can see that being a massively physical game.

I want GB again. I want redemption.

The hole in my apartment wall is a constant reminder of how they whooped our tails when we played them at Lambeau. I want that memory replaced.

Now, let's go take care of business in Minny.

Nobody gave the Cardinals a snowball's chance in hell against the Iggles in last year's NFC championship game. On any given sunday... just sayin'

If Dallas wins next week, and the Saints lose, we host the NFC Championship game whether it's GB or the Cards... right?

I don't care who wins. We can beat anyone the way we are playing.

I'd rather see the Cards win, but don't think they will. GB IMO is the better team, thus I want to see them lose and then pray Arizona can somehow handle the Saints, setting us up to host the Cards for the NFC title game.

I'd like to play Az and get some revenge for last year. Plus a road game at AZ is just like a home game. There are usually more Cowboys fans than Cardinal fans. :D
