Saw a tweet on ESPN. Colts in the lead but Jags willing to open wallet for him.

If the bidding gets too high, we can't compete.

Nor should we when I see how much Jacksonville is willing to overpay everyone.

Jax before signing Suh & Parnell had the most cap space with $62 mil.
They can still sign a few more top FA's and improve their team a lot.

jax HAS to spend money.
that's all this is.
they have carte blanche to offer guys big deals because they need the spend.

they still have a developing qb and will still be pretty bad.

I think they'll be pretty bad as well, but they'll show signs of life at least. Their offense was so putrid that it would be hard NOT to improve, even with Bortles.

yes they have to spend money... if they have a running back, h back, TE, and O line to protect that developing qb..... he might develop well...
no guarantees.... but I'm not laughing... the product on the field might be okay.

Are jags trying to make a worst to first type of off season? Holy crap. Revis, Hardy, Murray, Parnell, ThomasThomas

I agree it will be a really bad off season if they sign Thomas twice

Signing big money guys looking to cash in is not how you team build.
We saw Tampa with Revis right?

They are spending money but they aren't any good.
In two years half these guys will likely have moved on one way or the other.

But at least their fan base can celebrate the off-season championship.
We've never seen a single team who won it win a Super Bowl.

maybe... but not definite... I'm interested to see their draft, and watch them play... so maybe i just fall in line......

ultimately I just want the cowboys to win, but they are bringing in some high talent.
