This has been a growing trend in recent years.

The Chiefs did the same to Al Saunders a couple of years ago(when the Raiders wanted him), the Bucs did the same to Monte Kiffen as well, etc, etc.

Just goes to show how assistants ARE a valuable part of the team as well.

Stupid move??? He gets paid more tha any coordinator and probably just got a big fat raise! He gets the money, but not the stress of being the main guy. I would say he is pretty smart.

Nah-we a bit way off, quite frankly. Gibbs has your team playing with alot of enthusiasm(something Norv, Marty, nor Steve were able to do). However-while Parcells has alot of the pieces of the puzzle here, he's missing that big piece-enthusiasm.

Frankly-I'd rather see the Iggles RIP.

Doesn't mean he can't be signed as HC for another team. Just means that there would probably have to be some compensation given up.
