He seems to think he has a choice you act like well that is how it is so he should be able to smoke weed since it is not his fault. He needs help I think we both agree with that and bottom line he has to stop using weed because like it or not he is not going to play in the NFL if he continues. Weed is not the only thing he can do and while some claim the side effects it is better than being suspended

He had his 4 game suspension upheld. The 10 game suspension was on appeal. Since he dropped his appeal its the same as being upheld
I never expected him to win appeal anyway so I've always assumed it would be 14
The real key is does he learn from it and up to this point doesn't appear he has learned anything

I agree. Weed is not the solution it is not some cure all there are other medications he can take that will not get him suspended.

No, up to 14. 4 for the original violation (or fourth violation, since you don't start getting suspended until you've been busted two prior times), another ten for the ensuing violation.

not it is 10 added to the 4 weeks. 1st time actually 4th time leads to a 4 game which he was due to serve then he failed again leading to another 10 weeks

Marshall's issue was Borderline Personality Disorder. Not the same thing. Though he is a good example of a guy who's been able to work through some real challenges to stay in the league.

The 2 actually go hand in hand i have a relative who deals with this, and i was wrong to actually say marshall conquered it. I should have said learn to control and manage it since bi-polar /manic depression is more of a chemical imbalance in the body. They have very similar symptoms.
