Guess: It was about the money

With Parcells at the office every day, with the rumors swirling about his agent working on a contract extension, my guess is that Parcells wanted more money and Jerry wouldn't budge. If this is the case, THANK YOU JERRY,and I mean that sincerely.

I think Parcells had a hard time replacing some staff that had left. Nobody wants to work for a lame duck coach who'll probably be gone next year anyway. A new established coach can bring guys with him. ala Sean Payton and Gibbs.

My bet is it had more to do with T.O. staying and Jerrah annointing one of BPs coordinators as the next HC when he leaves. We'll probably never know.
