I don't think this is a big deal for NFL teams. No one likes the breaking the rules aspect of it, shows poor judgement, but NFL teams probably won't care about a player getting paid for autographs.

Zero interest. He seems incapable /unwilling to follow REALLY simple rules. .
Apparently has no ability to:
Focus on the task at hand
Delay gratification
Support his teammates
