Dont know what it means guys, but Jerry Jones said change is coming.

He refered to where he changed ideals, structure when Bill came here. That if it isnt working, and he was highly disappointed, cried like a baby after game, and was visibly upset to some people, that he had to call them to apologize later. That say, someone says this is how ive always done it, and it worked, but Jerry said, that change is coming, take that whatever way you think. But to me, some of parcells ways it seems are going to change or something.

He also said that he is the only one that decided if TO is here, that has nothing to do with Bill. That he is the only one that decides if TO stays or not, it has nothing to do with bills decisions of staying or not.

Then, he said, he was highly disappointed in TO's perfromance, his returns after the catches, etc, thats why they got him, to make plays after the catch, and he just isnt doing it, so take that for what its worth.

Seems like to me, TO is going to have to change some, and so will Bill. OR something else will happen.

Throw the guy a slant and perhaps he can achieve some "returns after catches". The offensive usage of both TO and TG is ridiculous.

You don't pay a guy 10 million dollars and then proceed to not do what teams have been successful in doing on the past with him at wide out. Throw the quick slant already.

Regardless of what happens this offseason, if Parcells or Zimmer isn't gone this team will continue to fade back to the realm of mediocrity.

Ahh, I didn't hear this "highly" part and he also said that we aren't getting the ball into TO hands enough. He wasn't upset at TO at all, I didn't get that notion from his comments at all...

Can you read? I deliberately referenced the post-Jimmy years for a reason. Things went south when he left and Jerry started to assert himself. Lord knows Jimmy was responsible for all the on-field talent during the glory days. Jerry was a glorified check signer.

Well guys, I think first that some of Parcells ideals about maybe playing players hurt and they shouldnt play.

Next, some of bills thoughts on his liking the defense to just rush and not attack is going to be changed. Now whether or not that has to do with a new defensive coordinator, a guy that knows how to run the 3-4, is anyones guess.

I also think some of bills thoughts on how he likes to just run the clock out, not attack like the saints did us is going to change, some of those ideals.

I also think that this year, if a really good offensive player is there, either offensive lineman, WR, an impact player that can help us, jerry will go that direction in the draft. That Parcells will have to make some changes in drafting.

now whether or not, bill will stay with those changes that jerry wants to make I have no ideal on.

Towards terrell staying or not, I think like some guy that was on the cowboys post game show, and he put it this way. The cowboys dont really have a # 1 wr to take owens place. So, they cant really do that. Till they get someone else that is a dymanic wr, say like randy moss (now dont jump on me, i am just putting out a star wr name out there), it could be a wr that we trade for or something like that.

So, I think Jerry Jones is going to tell Owens, he has to come into all practices, offseason conditioning, etc, all of training camp and work his butt off if he wants that 9 million dollars next year. That he didnt get his moneys worth from TO this year, and that has to change.

I also think TO isnt in any bargaining position with any other team, look at how many times he was hurt this year, and he didnt have a breakout year with us. So, he has to make some changes. Now, whether or not Jerry Jones lets TO come back, I think he will, but with certain changes.

same here: he was dissapointed and admitted this was probably the worst he had felt in 17 years since he purchased the team. The one comment that made me sick was hearing him say" that was a locker room with dissapointed players".

how many times are we gonna hear that this year,how about doing something about it on the field
