Ok guys here is the problem with Flozell Adams, maybe some of his false starts, and standing still when defensive linemen go by him, how do we attack this problem to get Jerry Jones, Parcells and Flozell to fix the problem?

The Texans watched the Eagles film and tried to employ some similar blitz packages, but the difference is that Kosier and Adams did a lot better job recognizing what was coming. Kosier thinks one of his most important jobs is communicating with the two guys standing on either side of him.

As I've pointed out before, that's not always easy with Adams, who has some level of hearing loss. In fact, I've been told that that the Cowboys have encouraged him to have a hearing device installed, but that he's refused.(This is the problem, he cant hear have the time, and Kosier has to holler at him)

Because of this, Kosier makes sure he shouts at Adams when he notices the defense doing something unusual. The two players did a nice job of working in unison Sunday.

Parcells said in his PC after the Philly game that all of these blitz recognitions are visual, not verbal, you have to see these blitzes. When you are on the road, you can not use verbal signals other than the QB, and that is very limited.
