Guys - I need your help in assessing if I'm nuts

1 - It's been a brutal week - my Yankees embarrassed the Pinstripes - A-Rod embarrassed the team and himself and we rolled over for a team that just got swept by the Royals.

2. When Bledose got picked - I blurted out the See ya next tuesday word about 3 times - fired my Water bottle off the wall and smashed by cordless phone on the computer desk and it did survive - I also added in the F word about 3 times.

3. The Wife is irate and said I need mental help but she did get fired up a nd told me to shut up and doesn't ever want our Son around me during Football - if I'm gonna be like that - he was upstairs and did not hear it BTW.

Does anyone else do this? Do you feel exhausted right now? do you have a slight headache? are you still irate?

I just wanna see if anyone else goes nuts when your heart is ripped out!

However...the Yankees did lose, so not a total loss of a weekend.

... my wife warned the kids that I had a bad day and told them to leave me alone for a little while.

Just don't throw anything around and you will be fine. If you find the overwheling need to physically express yourself, then you should watch the game outside in the shed and chop a couple of cords of wood after each loss.

The physical effort of that will cure you of your problems.

Nope learn long ago it is still just a game

I yell at the TV a few times is about it and cheer or moan is about all.

Just let it go it's eaiser then trying to hold on. We can't change what happens on the field since we do not play or coach. All we can do is gripe and talk about it

I yell when things go very well or very bad. I cuss if there are no kids around. I used to take losses very badly. As I've gotten older (now in my late 40's), the losses don't stick with me as long.
