I do find it funny nonetheless how Extreme Skins is throwing a big party in their ATN section-now like 95% of their threads are currently anti-Cowboys, with MULTIPLE threads like "TO deserves an Academy Award for being a crybaby" to "The Pukes will implode in '08" to "I TOLD YOU about Romo choking" to "Norval is better than Wade" to blah, blah, blah.

*shrugs* I guess people have a right to be idiots.

Residing here in DC that's all I've heard for the past two days! Amazing how these fools are MORE ecstatic about Dallas' losing than they were over their own playoff berth!
Anyways, if you don't win it all there's always going to be doom-n-gloom, so the reactions on this board don't surprise me. I just think it reflects the now 11 seasons that we haven't tasted success in the postseason. To keep myself upbeat I just think of how some of the previous S/B winners (Indy & PIT in particular) in this decade have been thru the same thing Cowboys Nation is going thru now so there just might be a pot o' gold at the end of this dreary rainbow (especially w/ our salary cap situation)!

How about we are without a playoff win in 12 years? Is that easier to understand? Maybe it's just easier for you to accept less in life. I on the other hand expect more and am willing to do what it takes to get it. I do not sit on my hands and wait for good things to come. Thats why so many people do not advance the way they could in their life. They are to affraid to lose the security in their current job or whatever else it may be. Maybe the security in 13 wins a season. They don't want to risk it by asking for more. I would gladly take a 9-7 season if the Cowboys would walk away with another Superbowl. It's not the regular season record I worry about. It's about bring the best.
