i just don't know too many totally stupid people who can make millions and oversee the building of a billion dollar stadium. how can someone who can't or won't learn accomplish so much?
befuddling.
There is a problem at hand in which people fail to distinguish between owner and general manager.
Jones is the best owner in team history and perhaps the greatest in all of organized sport.
As a general manager, where he catches the most grief, he should have fired himself long ago.
He's not a stupid man by any means.
Daniel Snyder is not a stupid man either.
It is just that they don't or won't distance themselves enough from the emotional aspect of ownership and trust those they have hired to do their jobs.
In essence, they allow themselves to look stupid by making decisions that are best delegated.
