Losing those guys would be big. I hope they are o.k.

A broken wrist can be chronic and never heal.

I think both these guys could play in a pinch, and if they are not there, they can't play.

Babe just said on his postgame wrap up that Hamlin has a broken wrist
4-6 weeks.

Wonder if we put him on IR? Maybe pick up a veteran?

One of two options now.

1. Pat Watkins makes this team now.
2. Welcome back, Keith Davis.

PUP list for him allows us to keep someone else until he returns.

Watkins lives to see another day. Not necessarily a bad thing.

I think K Davis as a back-up SS could be o.k. - plus he could really help out STs.

It's not ideal, but our other option is to wait for the final cuts from other teams.

Safety Mike Hamlin, a fifth-round pick, suffered a broken right wrist covering a kickoff during the third quarter. He said he's expected to be sidelined about six weeks.

Linebacker Jason Williams, a third-round pick, sprained his left ankle in the second half. X-rays were negative.

"It seems like all our draft choices are getting banged up," Wade Phillips said.

Four of the Cowboys' 12 draft picks didn't dress out for Saturday's game. Third-round offensive lineman Robert Brewster (torn pectoral) and fourth-round outside linebacker Brandon Williams (torn ACL) will miss the season. Fourth-round quarterback Stephen McGee and sixth-round linebacker Stephen Hodge were sidelined by knee injuries.

Good news on J Williams at least.

You can't put him on PUP list, he already participated in Camp and games. YOu only can put someone on PUP if they couldn't go at all.

Good news on Jason Williams, because his knee buckled, too.

Bad news on Hamlin. A broken wrist can be a chronic injury and can keep getting injured.

I sure hope Pat Watkins doesn't make this team, but it looks like he is saved.

Unbelievable.

True, unless it's a high ankle sprain. At least he's not lost for the year or anything.
